Torque Tester Display

The AWS-7000 Series Torque Display is a versatile analyzer/display designed to provide an economical way to display and store (or in the AWS-7000CT version, automatically tighten, measure, control, and record) fastening data for critical fasteners.

At the heart of the AWS-7000 lies the same precision electronics, and cutting-edge software as our production and metrology grade torque instruments. Some of the advanced design features include:

A 24-bit AD converter with no analog circuitry to drift.
All filter settings rated to Nyquist frequency. This all but eliminates roll-off error.
Independent CW and CCW calibration with multipoint linearization.
Optional control output lines can be used for controlling a motor, air solenoid, alarms, etc.

Intellect interface provides “plug and play” with AWS Intellect transducers.
New transducers can be added to the system without recalibration.
Rundown Fixtures available through 1,000 Ft.Lb. VIEW RUNDOWN FIXTURES
Selectable filtering speeds: 125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz, 1000Hz, 1500Hz and 2000Hz.
Can be calibrated to virtually any manufacturer’s strain gauge transducers.
For testing click, dial, and digital wrenches, plus most power tools including pulse and DC electric.
Visual limit alarms.
4 active digits means greater resolution and accuracy at the low-end of the scale.
Serial output can be used to print values to a serial printer, or sent to a PC with our cable and software package.
AWS can add Intellect “plug and play” intelligence to virtually any strain gauge transducer, torque, tension, or compression transducer.
